Among the AMD and the Google IO announcements, there was a rumour that was overshadowed by the two events. And that rumour was that Intel and AMD have made a deal to go through with a graphics licensing agreement. But it turns out rumours are just rumours. Intel broke their silence on the matter and have flat out denied that they inked a deal with team red for their graphics technology. Intel provided a statement after reports of sources had confirmed that intel had given up on NVidia and has written a check to license AMD graphics. AMD did see a small bump in its share pricing after this alleged deal has gone through. But as soon as the rumours were debunked, share prices dropped more than 12% by closing bell yesterday. So it just goes to show that we should always take things with a grain of salt. *salt bae sprinkle*
Today was the official Destiny 2 Gameplay reveal from Bungie. Both aspects of single player and multiplayer game details were shared. In single player action, guardians will have lost their light and will have to go and try to get it back. Bungie also added more planets, and you no longer have to go to orbit to switch activities. There are also 3 new classes that include Flame sword warlocks, void shield titans and arc staff hunters. For PvP, crucible activities will go from 6v6 to 4v4–since bungie has rebuilt activities for smaller team formats. There will be a brand new mode called countdown, an attack/defend mode. Clans will be making their way into the game with guided gaming. And finally, Activision announced that with help from Blizzard, Destiny 2 for PC will be available on Battlenet. Yeap. A D2 summer beta is planned and the game will drop on September 8th.

Sources say there will be over 100 items to be found in the anniversary loot boxes.
