League of Legends Worlds Viewing Party

UBC eSports Association will host the 2016 League of Legends Worlds Viewing Party on this coming Saturday (29 October 2016).

Known as the world’s biggest tournament in eSports, League of Legends Worlds Champion is regularly watched by more than 30 million people all over the world. 16 teams started off playing through the group stages this year. There are some exciting games that happened in the group match. Each team’s performance is great. Therefore, no one is absolutely safe in the final.

As an eSports fan, this is a match of the year that you can not miss. The League of Legends Worlds Viewing Event could be the best chance for all BC eSports fans to get together and watch the final.

The League Worlds Viewing this year will feature UBC eSports, SFU eSports, BCIT eSports, Langara eSports, Douglas College eSports, and many high schools to help bring you an even more amazing experience. They decided to help bring the community together as Worlds is in LA this year!

The venue will be open at 12:00 pm. Besides, they will be hosting a Harrowing Halloween carnival with a variety of activities like giveaways, talent contests, cosplay contests, and more! There will also be sponsor booths and food carts outside. Additionally, you will also be joined by a special guest, professional League of Legends coach and former Cloud 9 coach Kublai “Kubz” Barlas!
