UBC eSports’s president Victor Ho said, “the plan with it was to promote eSports and gaming, because it’s a really good way for people to find friends and bond with people in their community. We would like to send a huge thank you to NCIX PC! We aim to create a community hub for gamers of all skill levels”.

At 800 members, UBC has the biggest eSports club in Canada. As it well known, they were traveling around North America for tournaments. Some members practice upwards of 4 hours per day. The team has already won $500,000 from the tournaments so far! We believe the new gaming lounge that power by NCIX PC will provide a better environment for them to practice and improve their skills. Besides, we believe it is also a great opportunity for more UBC students to know more about eSports.

  • League of Legends
